Data Deletion

Glitchship's publishing tool only connects accounts that we own or manage. If you think we hold any data about you, or you connected an account to our tool and want its data removed, you can ask us to delete it.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@glitchship.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which account it is about (for example your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok username).
3. We will delete the data, including stored access tokens and account details, within 30 days and confirm by email.

Remove access yourself

You can also remove our app's access at any time in your platform settings:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove the app.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove the app.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove the app.

When access is removed, the stored token no longer works, and we delete the related account data.
