This policy explains how Glitchship ("we", "us") handles information on glitchship.com and in our internal publishing tool, which we use to schedule and publish content to our own social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Our publishing tool
Our publishing tool is used only by the Glitchship team to manage accounts we own or manage. It is not offered to the public. When we connect one of our accounts through Meta (Instagram, Facebook) or TikTok, the platform shares with us, with our permission:
- basic account information, such as account ID, username, display name and profile picture;
- access tokens that let the tool publish on that account;
- post information and statistics for content published on that account (for example views and likes).
We use this information only to publish and schedule our own content and to see how it performs. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the platforms themselves.
Content we publish
Photos, videos and captions we publish are sent to the platform you see them on (Instagram, Facebook or TikTok) and are then also subject to that platform's privacy policy.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Where data is stored
Data from the publishing tool is stored on servers we control. Access is limited to the Glitchship team. We keep access tokens only while an account is connected, and we delete them when the account is disconnected.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@glitchship.com. See also our data deletion instructions. If you are in the EU or a similar jurisdiction, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
